01 — Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, insurance will not cover an intervention. Majority of treatment centers and providers will accept insurance for treatment (short or long term), outpatient services, etc. I will help you find those facilities at which your insurance is accepted and determine what would be the best fit financially for your family.
02 — What if my loved one isn’t willing to enter treatment?
Intervention is not a single event but a process. If your loved one is not willing to enter treatment, I will continue to work with the family, teaching how to maintain healthy boundaries and provide steps to change enabling behaviors and habits into actions that will encourage your loved one to seek help.
03 — Will my loved one be mad at me for having an Intervention?
Your loved one may be upset but keep in mind, we are dealing with life and death. An intervention is an attempt at saving someone from the depths of addiction. Stepping in to intervene when someone is struggling may be one of the greatest demonstrations of love one can show.
